Legal

Privacy

This statement follows the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP); for customers in the EU or EEA the requirements of the GDPR apply in addition.

Controller

The controller within the meaning of the revFADP is Tradebonus GmbH, Blegistrasse 9, 6340 Baar (Canton Zug), Switzerland, UID CHE-247.073.504. Contact: info@domizilservice24.ch. “domizilservice24” is an offering of Tradebonus GmbH.

What data we process

Contact and company data (incl. UID, legal form, seat), details of authorised and signing persons, company/billing and delivery address, service-related details from the order process (e.g. phone number for the phone service, key data of a formation or relocation), order and payment data, documents uploaded in the order process (e.g. articles of association), and during the review possibly identification documents. Uploaded documents and identification documents are treated confidentially and used solely for processing the mandate. Anyone providing third-party data (e.g. signing persons) confirms being authorised to do so and having informed the person concerned.

Commercial-register lookup (Zefix)

In the order process, existing companies can be searched via the federal central company index (Zefix). We forward the entered search term server-side to the public Zefix interface; no further personal data is transmitted. The results shown originate from the public commercial register.

Purposes

Contract processing, review of the order under clause 10 of our GTC, communication and compliance with legal obligations (in particular bookkeeping and retention).

Processors & disclosure

We use carefully selected processors: Hostpoint AG (hosting, Switzerland), Stripe (payment processing) and e-mail as well as – with your consent – analytics services. Where personal data is transferred abroad (incl. the USA), we rely on recognised adequate protection (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We do not share data for advertising purposes.

Cookies and consent

Necessary cookies are required to operate the website and are set without separate consent. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only with your explicit consent. On your first visit a cookie banner appears with the choice “Accept all” or “Only necessary”. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with future effect via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Technically we use Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, analytics storage is disabled by default and no analytics script is loaded.

Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (provider for the EEA: Google Ireland Ltd.; a transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible). The purpose is the anonymous analysis of website usage to improve our offering; this processes, among other things, a truncated IP address, device and browser data and interactions. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. The retention period for detailed event data is 2 months (GA4 default setting); aggregated report data is retained independently. Measurement ID: G-D01F2VC2H7.

Contact via messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram)

The website optionally offers contact via WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta) and Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC). If you use one of these channels, the respective provider's privacy terms additionally apply; data may be processed outside Switzerland. Use is solely at your initiative – anyone preferring not to can reach us equally by e-mail or phone.

Fonts

The typeface used on this website (Archivo) is served from our own server as part of our hosting with Hostpoint AG in Switzerland. No font files are loaded from third-party servers – in particular not from Google Fonts. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any font provider when you visit the website.

Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or required by law (in particular the ten-year commercial retention obligation for business records). Uploaded documents no longer needed for processing the mandate are deleted.

Your rights

Under the revFADP you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing, and to receive or transfer your data. You may withdraw any consent at any time with future effect. No automated individual decision with significant effects takes place. Please contact info@domizilservice24.ch. For individuals in the EU or EEA, the rights under the GDPR apply in addition; see the section on customers in the EU and EEA.

Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern.
