No – we do not provide phone numbers. You need a landline or mobile number from a provider of your choice and forward it to the number we give you. Your existing number and contacts stay unchanged.
How does the setup work? +
After booking, we capture the key details with you (essentially a short checklist): your greeting message, company details for our agents, which data is recorded per call (name, phone, request), your employees with their availability and put-through preference, and the desired hold music. You then forward your number to the number we provide – done.
What does the phone service cost? +
The phone service costs CHF 39.–/month plus a one-time setup of CHF 199.–. Variable call costs per price list apply. All prices excl. VAT.
What do the variable fees cost? +
