Formation & relocation
Formation or seat relocation – shall we handle it? On request, we handle your company formation or seat relocation to Canton Zug for you – at a fixed fee of CHF 590.– for forming a corporation (GmbH/AG) or relocating from another municipality. It is CHF 190.– for forming a sole proprietorship and CHF 190.– for a relocation within the municipality of Baar.Where notarisation is required, the notary costs are included in the fixed fee; the official commercial-register fees are not included.The info box next to each option shows the detailed scope of services. Duration:

Included in the package: hot desk on your chosen days, Wi-Fi, power and basic infrastructure. With monthly payment the package value is spread over the 12 instalments; with yearly payment it is paid once in advance.

Prefer per day instead of a package? First day CHF 70, each additional CHF 35 – flexibly on request.

Hours: max. 100 h online – larger quotas on request
Duration:

All packages can be used within the term of your domicile. You receive the online booking calendar for desks, co-working and the meeting room after the contract is signed.

Ongoing services (optional) Phone service, accounting & governance mandates

For phone service, accounting and governance mandates we collect no further details at checkout: after your order we contact you personally by e-mail and, if needed, arrange a short call (included in the price) to discuss the details. Services selected on request do not change the online price – we prepare a separate quote for them.
