A domicile address is entirely legal in Switzerland: every company needs a legal domicile, and it may be at a third party's address. We issue the required domicile acceptance declaration for the commercial register. What matters is lawful use – we review every mandate before issuing the contract.

Yes. The address can be entered in the commercial register as your company's statutory seat (legal domicile). If a company has no own premises at its seat, commercial-register law requires a domicile acceptance declaration from the domicile holder for a c/o address (Art. 117 para. 3 Commercial Register Ordinance) – we issue it once the domicile contract has been signed. Without a c/o note, we grant you a right of shared use of the premises by way of a sublease; your company thereby holds its own legal title to the address and is entered without a c/o note.

It is the declaration with which we confirm to the commercial register that your company may be domiciled at our address. For an address with a c/o note it is included: you receive the domicile contract within 24 hours and the declaration once the contract has been signed.

The variant without c/o note looks like your own location and is particularly suitable for bank and KYC processes. With a c/o note the address can likewise be entered as your company's statutory seat in the commercial register; however, some banks prefer an address without a c/o note. The bank always decides on account opening.

After payment we review your details and send you the contracts by e-mail within 24 hours. You sign both copies by hand and return them to us by post; once we have counter-signed, the address is active. Allow a few working days for the postal route in both directions, depending on where you are, and note that the contract start date can be set to either the 1st or the 16th of a month.

Yes, one physical forwarding per week (A-Post) is included; postage is charged separately. More frequent or digital forwarding can be added.

We reserve the right to refuse issuing the contract even after payment (e.g. in case of unclear use). If we decline your mandate, we refund the full amount. Placing an order is a binding commitment – there is no right of withdrawal once the order has been placed.
